James will even talk about why it makes sense to shave those legs! Brad the SRAM guy says he's got something special planned...

•  Sun, June 2: (changed due to rainy forecast), 6a-1p: Tri Training Clinic Day at Innsbrook

  • Thurs, June 27, noon-7p: Packet Pick up at SWIM BIKE RUN Per USAT rules, all athletes are required to pick up their own packet. You WILL NOT be able to pick up another individual's packet. Please come prepared with your photo ID and your USAT membership card (if you are an annual member).
  • Fri, June 28: Open water swim / clinic at Innsbrook 
  • Open Water Swim Clinics: If you want to practice swimming in Lake Aspen, join us on the first or third Thursday of May or June 6-7:30p out there for an open water swim clinic.

 


Register online for Swim Bike Run's Sunset Hills TriathlonSwim Bike Run is once again sponsoring the Sunset Hills Triathlon. This year's race is Sunday, August 25 at 7a and begins with a 400 yard swim in the Watson Trail Park Pool.  The bike course has been altered slightly from last year.  Stay tuned for details on the new route. And it ends with a 3.1 mile run. Register online for this sprint distance triathlon:
