PERSONAL TRAINING (at our in-house workout facility) Trainer Renee Van Horn offers one-on-one or small group personal training. Her focus is functional strength for performance and daily life. Triathlete specific, functional strength exercises are perfomed with light weight or body weight only using bands, stability balls, bosu trainer, training ropes and more. |

Sally Drake, Shop owner and 13-time IronmanSally is a USAT LEVEL II Triathlon Coach. Sally enjoys coaching triathletes of all levels from newbie to pro with a passion for helping them achieve or exceed their goals. She specializes in ultra-endurance, much through her experience in completing 13 full Ironman triathlons. Sally also believes in guiding athletes to find balance in training and family life and customizes her clients’ training schedules as needed to maintain this balance. Specialties include long distance triathlon, training with power, nutrition and functional strength. Certifications: USAT Level II Triathlon Coach, USCA Level II Certified Masters Swim Coach, CrossFit Kettlebell, USAT Certified Race Director. |

Erika is a USA Cycling Level 3 Coach and a three-time Ironman triathlon finisher. Her passion is long distance triathlons but she also enjoys competing in sprint and Olympic distances. Erika's strong mental skills and attention to nutrition have contributed to her success as an endurance athlete. She encourages optimum nutrition and coaches athletes to develop and use their mental skills in racing and training. |

Renee VanHornRenee is an ACSM certified Personal Trainer and USAT level I Coach. Her ability to coach triathletes, cyclists and runners from entry level beginner triathletes to Iroman bound, make her one of the area's great coaches. Renee is certified on Swim Bike Run's New Leaf equipment and provides clients with metabolic assessment and training programs based on decades of medical research and proven science.

Amanda FilbertAmanda is a USAT Level I Certified Triathlon Coach, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Certified Boot Camp Instructor, and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Amanda has a passion for triathlons, specializing in motivating and guiding newbies in the sport. She has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years and has taught everything from Zumba, kickboxing, plyometric, and Spinning to Muscle Sculpting. She loves to help others get fit and healthy and achieve their goals. |
