When?All racers will begin at 8am on Sunday August 19, 2012. The park opens at 6am. The transition area and road entry to the race area close at 7am. Where?Dr. Edmund A Babler Memorial State Park Parking attendants and signs will direct you from the park entrance to the race site.
How Far?There are two race options.
You may race as an individual or stick to one sport and race as a two-person team. RegistrationNote: All athletes must be 16 years old or older. Individual Entrance Fee

Race T-shirtEntrants who pre-register will receive a commemorative T-shirt. Entrants registering on the day of the race will receive a T-shirt if available. We will have some for sale. AwardsMedals and Swim Bike Run gift cards will be distributed to the overall best male solo, female solo, and best team finish. Medals and other awards will be given to top finishers in age categories. Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony, taking place at the event stage at noon. Race proceeds benefit YMCA’s Strong Community Campaign. Family festival following with food and music. Packet PickupAt SWIM BIKE RUN in Town & Country, 1030 Schnucks Woodsmill Plaza, 63017.

Weather ConditionsIn the event that the course is too wet from rain, for the safety of our participants, we’ll reduce the race to a 4 mile run only. In the case of severe weather, we will cancel the race altogether and offer racers a complimentary race registration for the 2013 Babler Beast. |
